“A scholar of Charles’s extraordinary caliber will strengthen immensely our capacity to navigate the growing challenges of advancing religious freedom in countries ranging from India to Pakistan and beyond,” remarked Paul Marshall, Director of RFI’s South and Southeast Asia Action Team.
“As we continue to develop strategies for promoting religious freedom in the Middle East and North Africa, we will look to Charles for his expertise in issues at the intersection of religious pluralism and conflict in Muslim-majority societies,” added Jeremy Barker, Director of RFI’s Middle East Action Team.
